COVID-19 Prevention Measures

I have researched and followed the CDC guidelines for those working in the massage therapy and fitness industry. Understandably, one may feel apprehension receiving either due to the close in person nature of sessions. I have taken every precaution and those are listed below:

Currently the CDC recommends wearing masks if you are in close proximity to someone longer than 15 minutes, regardless of vaccination status. Please wear your mask if you feel more comfortable doing so, I continue to wear mine during sessions however, you are no longer required to wear masks and I will not ask you to do so. Sheets have always and will continue to be provided and laundered between massage therapy sessions as well as disinfecting all surfaces used during any type of session.

As always, I will wash my hands thoroughly before and after a session and I highly encourage you to do the same. The bathroom is just down the hall and easily accessible.

A 6 foot distance will be practiced as much as possible until your session begins and will be used again after your session.

If you are feeling ill you may cancel your session at no charge. Please be mindful as missed sessions are hard for me financially so please give me as much notice as possible. In the event I am feeling ill, I will cancel or reschedule your session and of course at no charge to you.

Above all I need you to feel safe! I need to feel safe! If either of us feels at any time that our health is in jeopardy, either of us can end the session. If there are additional measures you wish to take or request me to take, please let me know at the time of booking your session so we both can prepare and create the session that best suits your needs.

Thank you!
